Returns and Exchanges
Here at Chalk It Up Fancy we DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges/credits for items purchased from our website www.chalkitupfancy.com (boutique has its own policy). If there is ever an issue or concern with an order (damaged, defected, etc.) please reach out to us ASAP via email at email@example.com. Provide us with all the details (including a picture if possible) and we will be happy to assist you. If a return/exchange is approved please note shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping of any items will be the responsibility of the buyer. We want everyone to have a good experience while shopping with us here at Chalk It Up Fancy and want to provide you the best customer service if or when an issue may arise.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Our shipping time at Chalk It Up Fancy is usually 24-72 hours. We do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible. Some seasons and times of the year are more busy or may be slower in processing your order (if we are going out of town, etc.). Wise Owl products get shipped directly from Wise Owl. These orders will take longer to process. If you ordered different supplies along with the Wise Owl products you should expect two separate packages. Wise Owl tracking will be emailed/added to your order when available to us. Our shipping rates vary depending on the product being purchased. Several of our items have free shipping while others have flat-rate. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout, so please review this before making your purchase. Flat rate simply means that regardless of how many pieces you purchase from said category you will be charged one flat rate. At this time Wise Owl products, tissue paper, craft supplies, and makers studio mesh stencils and mediums are flat rate. Each category has its own flat rate, so if you purchase items from each category, they will have their own flat rate. Again, this is all broken down for you on the checkout page. Wise Owl products are shipped directly from Wise Owl so when you purchase a Wise Owl product along with other items from our shop, you will have a flat rate shipping for Wise Owl Products. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. If delivery service has damaged or lost a package please use your tracking number to file a claim with said postal service (usually USPS). If you need help with this process or have an issue please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Again, we want to make sure you get your package safely, so if you ever have an issue please reach out to us via email and we will be more than happy to help assist you. All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, credits, or replacements on any product. Please be sure to review your mailing address at checkout. We understand supplies can be defective, items can get lost or damaged during delivery so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns: email@example.com. Deliveries are sent with no signature required.
