How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates vary depending on the product being purchased. Several of our items have free shipping while others have flat-rate. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout, so please review this before making your purchase.
How long until my order ships?
Our shipping time at Chalk It Up Fancy is usually 24-72 hours. We do our best to ship orders out as soon as possible. Some seasons and times of the year are more busy or may be slower in processing your order (if we are going out of town, etc.). Wise Owl products get shipped directly from Wise Owl. These orders will take longer to process. If you ordered different supplies along with the Wise Owl products you should expect two separate packages. Wise Owl tracking will be emailed/added to your order when available to us.
Do You ship outside of the US?
At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the US.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges, refunds, credits, or replacements on any product. Please be sure to review your mailing address at checkout. We understand supplies can be defective, items can get lost or damaged during delivery so please reach out to us with any questions or concerns: email@example.com.
My Wise Owl paint is missing from my order.
All Wise Owl paint products ship seperately, direct from Wise Owl.
My package was lost/stolen or damaged.
We are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Deliveries are sent with no signature required. If delivery service has damaged or lost a package please use your tracking number to file a claim with said postal service (usually USPS). If you need help with this process or have an issue please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Again, we want to make sure you get your package safely, so if you ever have an issue please reach out to us via email and we will be more than happy to help assist you.

Help Using Our Site
I don't use PayPal. How can I pay for my order?
You do not need a PayPal account to purchase from our store. PayPal is simply our payment processor. You may pay using a credit or debit card.
On the checkout page, after providing your shipping information, select “Pay with PayPal” to be redirected to our PayPal checkout page.
You should see a page similar to the image below. Here, you will then be given the option to login or create your PayPal account -OR- you can choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” (see the white button in the image below) to pay with your preferred card.
